I am having the worst time with the JibJab site I paid for a year in advance on 12/12 2011,every time I try to use it to send cards it says I have to join JIbJab well I already have joined Jib Jab and it’s impossible to reach anyone at JibJab to correct this situation. I wish you would correct this problem. Thank You Nancy West
