I have a subscription from December 27, 2011. Whenever I want to send a card, I want to charge again, you and I did the renewal fee. I asked for help and all you get are possible questions That Do not CORRESPONDENCE to my problem. It seems that only responponden by manual, anyone there? If is so complicated to solve my problem, please ask for the return of my money and cancel the service.
