Ever hear the phrase, the elephant in the room? Here at JibJab our high ceilings and various suites make for a neat setting to work, but bad for air circulation. For years this has been the elephant in the room as everyone toiled away sweating through the summer months without complaints. To bring comfort back during record high summer temperatures, we recently installed a brand new air conditioner…its big, gray, clunky…and still makes us think there’s an elephant in the room!
If only we could keep cool like the elephants do – by water skiing!
How are you holding up in the summer heat?

The only elephant in the room I’ve been paying attention to is Eric Cantor….and he’s about ready to get his “trunk” chopped off.
You wanna know how I’m holding up in the heat? Well, it’s been mighty dry here in Texas. How Dry, you ask??
A buddy out of Longview said he’d killed a mosquito that was carrying a
canteen.
A man in Dime Box said the chicken farmers were giving the chickens
crushed ice to keep them from laying hard-boiled eggs.
In Lake Palestine ,they caught a 20 lb catfish that had ticks on it!
But just this week, in Bryan , a fire hydrant was seen bribing a dog.
It’s so dry in Texas that the Baptists are starting to baptize by
sprinkling, the Methodists are using wet-wipes,
the Presbyterians are giving out rain-checks,
and the Catholics are praying for the wine to turn back into water.
Now THAT’s Dry!
