In 2014, it seemed like maybe Vladimir Putin, aside from being the President of Russia and a shirtless horse riding enthusiast, also was likely a Fantastic Four fan. His favorite character clearly being Doctor Doom, he just started trying to take over neighboring countries and kind of whatever he wanted.
