One of the best parts of making these shorts is the recording process! Every year we somehow manage to get some of the best musicians and sound engineers together and have them make our goofy little videos, and make our musical ideas a reality! After the script is 90% locked, we start recording instrumentals and get a locked audio track start the animatic process. Once it gets close enough to the launch date, we bring in singers and voice talent and what once was just words on paper suddenly turns into an amazing piece of music!

For the character voices we brought back JibJab favorite Jim Meskimen, but to get the bigger group vocals, Jeff, Evan, his wife Adrienne and sound engineer Dash stepped in to help fill out the room!
